Terms of service

The service
Champions is an invite-only, pay-as-you-go service for tracking job changes of business contacts you already have a relationship with. Access is granted per workspace; the workspace admin is responsible for who they invite.
Your responsibilities
- Only upload contacts you have a lawful basis to track, and honour any request from a contact to stop.
- Keep API keys and connected-agent access to people who should have them; you are responsible for actions taken with your keys.
- Do not use the service to build databases for resale, to harass individuals, or in breach of applicable law or third-party terms.
Credits and billing
Each profile check costs one credit at the price agreed for your workspace. Credits are bought in advance through Stripe or by invoice, are not refundable once used, and a refresh will not start unless the balance covers it. Purchases produce an invoice automatically.
Data
You own the data you upload and the results produced for you. We process it under the privacy policy. Public profile data comes from third-party providers and may be incomplete or out of date; treat detected changes as signals to verify, not facts.
API, MCP and integrations
The REST API, MCP server, webhooks and integrations are provided under fair-use rate limits published in the documentation. We may change or retire endpoints with notice in the changelog; breaking changes to a versioned API get at least 60 days.
Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the credits you purchased in the 12 months before the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Termination
You can delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend a workspace that breaches these terms or is unpaid; you will be told why and how to resolve it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes go to the courts of Tallinn unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
